Ventnor Getaway: Spacious Beachside Retreat

Our beautiful home is a short 6 block or 15 minute walk to the beach. On the way, you’ll pass by options for coffee, brunch, ice cream, sundries or an evening meal. Our home has six bedrooms and can comfortably fit multiple families with children. When you enter the home, you’ll find a spacious living room with a large seating area and 65” flat screen television. This living room is open to the masterfully renovated dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has brand new cabinets, finishes and appliances, filled with kitchen cooking necessities. Past the kitchen, you’ll find a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer and entrance to the backyard pool area. Two of the bedrooms are located directly to the left of the living area – one with a queen-sized bed and dresser and the second with a bunk bed and additional queen-sized bed. On the opposite side of the home, you’ll find three additional bedrooms and a beautifully refinished hallway bathroom. At right rear of the home, you’ll find the primary suite with a full bathroom, walk-in closet and an additional entrance to the pool area. The backyard hosts a large saltwater pool (heating is an additional charge). The pool is about five feet deep at its deepest and does not currently have a toddler fence. **Optional pool heat is available for an additional daily charge, subject to availability. Our pool will remain open until at least October 7, 2025** In the backyard you’ll also find an outdoor dining table with umbrella, gas grill (gas supplied by guest) and a custom bar area. The left side of the home contains a complimentary Tesla charger and we provide a J1772 adapter at the home for other EV charging. The right side of the home has a small storage shed with four beach chairs, an umbrella and a small wagon. **As of 08/01/2024 we now have a 6 person golf cart available for rent at the property through a partner company**
